"A bit slow, but they did get back to me"
I had to wait longer than I expected to hear back from support, which was a little frustrating. That said, once they replied, they did answer my question. I think it’s fine if you’re not in a rush, but if it’s something urgent, the wait could be annoying.

I ordered from vassaburg.com and the item looks real enough to me. It was matching the pictures close, and the packaging was decent too. At first, nothing really feel weird or suspicious.
But I still didn’t feel 100% sure about it, because there wasn’t much proof or clear details included. Maybe it is genuine, maybe it was not, I just wish they gave more info. So yeah, I give it 3 stars

I’m usually picky about the things I actually notice, like how sturdy something feels and whether the finish looks cheap. This surprised me, the quality feels better than I expected, it has a nice solid feel, and it looks good without trying too hard

So, yeah, the box arrived looking really rough, honestly. The packaging was, like, ripped up and dented badly, and it just seemed like it had been tossed around a lot before it got to me.

To be fair, the site does work and I was able to get what I needed done. It’s not a bad experience overall, but a few pages loaded slower than I expected and I had to poke around a bit to find certain things. I think with some cleaner navigation and faster loading, it would feel a lot better to use

"Good updates and easy tracking"
I had a good experience overall. I placed the order while I was getting ready for a busy week, so I kept checking the tracking more than I probably needed to. It did take a little bit to update at first, which made me wonder what was going on, but once it started moving, it was easy to follow. I also reached out with a question and they replied, which I appreciated. Nothing too dramatic, just a solid experience.

"I felt uneasy about paying"
I was about to place an order, but when I got to the payment part, I felt uncomfortable. The checkout process wasn’t as clear as I wanted it to be, and I couldn’t really tell how my card information was being handled. Maybe everything is totally fine, but it made me nervous enough that I just didn’t want to take the risk.

"Shipping took longer than I thought"
My order did show up eventually, so that was good, but the shipping was kind of slower than I expected. I kept checking the tracking, and it barely updated, which was a little annoying. Maybe I’m just used to getting more updates now, but it left me wondering where the package was for a while. The product itself was fine once it arrived, no real complaints there, but the delivery part could definitely be better.

"Not worth the money"
I don’t feel like I got my money’s worth with vassaburg.com. The prices felt way too high for what I actually received, and the whole experience was disappointing. I kept trying to be patient and give it a fair chance, but it felt like I was being forced to wait around just to end up let down anyway. Expected a lot better for the cost, and I wouldn’t spend money there again...
